• Shipping is $5 for one item and $8 for 2 or more items.
• All items ship within 3 business days, you should receive an email with tracking once processed.  These emails often go to spam.

Local Pick Up

• Pick up items are available for pickup in apx. 2 business days from order date. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
  
• If ordered from the Online Exclusives tab, your item will arrive in apx. 1 week and you will be tagged for pickup at that time.
• The 7 day return window begins when items go out for pickup, so prompt pickup is appreciated.

Customer Service

• We'd love to help you shop here at Holden Hearts. Please direct your question to hello@holdenhearts.com and allow 24 hours for a response.
• Any emails sent after business hours are responded to next day and emails sent Friday after 5pm PST through Sunday are responded to on Monday.  

Order Changes

• Thank you for your order! Please double check your order and order details  for accuracy before the order is submitted, as we are unable to modify the order once it has been placed.
• We are unable to offer price adjustments for items purchased that may be marked down in the future. 

Cancelled Orders

• We are so excited that you found something you love at Holden Hearts! Please make sure that you are equally as excited about your items, as we are unable to cancel orders after they are placed. 

Sizing Guide

• We are an independently curated boutique and therefore cannot offer a generic size guide. Within every item description you will find detailed sizing information which is based on the fit of multiple Holden Hearts employees. We do our best to be as accurate as possible, however if you have additional sizing questions, please email hello@holdenhearts.com.

• We make every effort to display our items as accurately as possible. Holden Hearts is not responsible for monitor or phone discoloration.
