📦 Shipping Info
Shipping is based on the weight of your order—but if your total hits $100 or more, shipping’s on us! 🙌
Orders ship out within 3 business days of purchase. You’ll get an email with tracking once your order is processed (heads up—it might land in your spam folder, so give it a peek if you don’t see it!).
🛍️ Local Pick-Up
Picking up locally? Yay! Your items will be ready for pick-up within 3–5 business days, though we usually beat that. (We aim for next-day whenever we can!)
You’ll get an email when your order is ready to grab.
Pro tip: Your 14-day return window starts when your order is ready for pickup, so the sooner you swing by, the better!

Emails sent after hours will be answered the next business day.
If you message us after 5pm PST on Friday, we’ll respond on Monday (we try to unplug a little on weekends too 💗).

We love that you’re shopping with us—thank you!
Please double-check all order details before checking out. Once an order is placed, we can’t make changes. That includes product swaps, address updates, and size changes.
And while we totally understand sale envy, we’re unable to offer price adjustments for items purchased before markdowns.
❌ Canceled Orders
We’re so excited you found something you love—and we hope you’re just as excited about checking out!
Because our system gets moving quickly, we can’t cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Thanks for understanding!
📏 Sizing Guide
We’re a hand-curated boutique, so sizing can vary a bit. That’s why we include detailed sizing notes in every product description—based on real-life try-ons from our Holden Hearts team.

We do our best to capture true-to-life colors and styles in our photos—but we can’t control how your screen displays them. Lighting, filters, and phone settings can cause slight differences in color.
