We want you to love every piece you get from us—but if something’s not quite right, we totally understand!
⏳ Return Window
You’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it—either in store or shipped back to us (with tracking, please!).
✅ What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition you received it

Be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging

Be free of any odors—no perfume, body odor, or smoke, please

Include your receipt or proof of purchase

Before sending anything back, please reach out to us at emily.holden22@gmail.com to get the return process started. Returns sent without a heads-up won’t be accepted.
🛍️ Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund?
We don’t offer exchanges (our items go fast!), but we’re happy to issue:

Store credit so you can grab something else you love

Or a refund to your original payment method, if that works better for you
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If it is, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Heads up—your bank may take a little longer to show it.)

🚚 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned
We love being upfront—so here’s what we can’t take back:

Sale items or gift cards

Intimate items (like bralettes, swimsuits, or bodysuits)

Beauty products or anything personal care related

Custom orders or personalized items

Hazardous materials (yep, that includes flammable stuff!)

💥 Damaged or Wrong Items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please reach out right away at emily.holden22@gmail.com so we can make it right. We’ve got you, promise.
🇪🇺 European Union Orders
If your order was shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day "cooling off" period where you can return it for any reason—just follow the same return guidelines above.
